We first met Darren around 2020 after an incredibly stressful and expensive experience with mold in our home. Following Hurricane Harvey, we had been told by another company that our home needed to be essentially gutted because of mold. We followed their recommendations, removed and rebuilt the entire interior of our home, and believed the problem had been resolved.

About a year after moving back in, we discovered mold again in several areas.

He absolutely exceeded our expectations.

What may say the most about Darren, though, is what happened after the work was finished. Years later, he still checks in with us. He has come by to inspect areas that had previously been compromised, check the ventilation and conditions in the house, and make sure everything continues to perform the way it should.

There is no invoice attached to that kind of care. It is simply who he is and how seriously he takes his responsibility to the people who trust him with their homes.

After experiencing how frightening, confusing, and expensive mold problems can become when they are not properly understood, I cannot overstate how valuable it is to have someone with Darren's level of knowledge, integrity, judgment, and genuine concern for his clients.

He also connected us with excellent professionals whenever additional expertise or work was needed, and every part of our experience with him reflected the same level of care.
